Ordering & quotations
Do you sell online?
We operate on a quotation basis. Add products to your quote list or send an RFQ and our team will return a written offer with pricing, availability and lead time.
Can I send a bill of materials or tender package?
Yes. Use the Procurement / RFQ form to attach a PDF, Excel or Word file with your specifications, quantities and delivery requirements.
Do you supply compliance documentation?
We provide manufacturer datasheets and declarations of conformity or test certificates where available for each supplied item. Specific document requirements should be stated in your RFQ.
Products
Are prices shown on the website?
Most products show “Request a Quote” because pricing depends on quantity, specification and delivery location.
Can you source products not listed in the catalog?
Yes. Our catalog shows representative products. Our procurement team can source other safety and MRO items to your specification.
Services
Who carries out installation and servicing?
Installation, inspection and servicing are carried out by qualified technicians or authorised partners. Scope and qualifications are confirmed in each service agreement.
Training
Can training be delivered at our site?
Most courses can be delivered at your premises or in a classroom. Practical courses may require space and equipment that we agree with you in advance.
What is the difference between practical and awareness courses?
Practical courses include hands-on exercises and skills assessment. Awareness courses build knowledge and understanding but do not by themselves certify practical competence.
