• EN 14594Continuous flow compressed air line breathing devices

  Covers airline respirators supplied from a compressor or cylinder bank, used for long-duration tasks such as tank cleaning and blasting.

  Reading the marking: Classes 1A to 4B; class number indicates protection level, letter A or B the hose crush and pull strength (B is stronger).

• EN 12021Compressed gases for breathing apparatus

  Sets limits for oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oil, water and odour in breathing air. Compressor and cylinder air should be tested against it at regular intervals.
